I love this product and have used them for years both here at home and in our RV. They are easy to refill and the product stays attached to the wall, even in a wet environment.

The only problem I have is the dispensing mechanism inside seems to break rather easily when you use really thick soaps or soaps that have any kind of granules in them. It either clogs the little hole or causes something to break internally. I don't know exactly what happens, but we feel resistance, then hear/feel a click, then no more soaps comes out. No matter how much we clean the unit, we can never get soaps to dispense out again.

Minor complaint, you just have to use caution when selecting a product to use in these dispensers. Nothing too thick or containing granules.

The dispensers are sleek in design, making them more attractive than the usual dispensers. They are easy to mount and feel quite secure. I just wonder if the stess placed on the adhesive each time the reservoirs are removed for refills might loosen the adhesive over time.
The only small problem I've noted is that the flow of soap or lotion doesn't shut off quickly with release of the pump button, leaving some liquid hitting the counter after removing my hands.
All in all this is an exellent value.
